Technically Hudson would turn 3 months old on February 30th but since that date doesn't exist, we decided to mark the occasion on the last day of February. These pictures describe Hudson's personality very well. As long as he is fed and rested, he is a very enjoyable little guy. He is now eating about every 2.5-3 hours which is much more manageable for me. He sure loves his milk!! Not sure of his measurements right now but he is still pretty long and lean. His sleep is going okay. Most nights he will go a longer stretch at the beginning and then wake up every 2-3 hours after that. Hoping we can get down to just one nighttime feeding here soon. He is fascinated by his hands and loves to stare at them, eat them, and has just started using them to bat at toys above him on his play mat. Overall he is healthy, happy, and oh so loved!!

Working out
There is nothing that melts my heart more than to see this little guy give me the biggest smiles when I talk to him. He'll be able to get away with anything with this sweet grin!
Hudson doesn't really love tummy time and I have been less than consistent with it each day but we're working on improving. It sure is hard work holding that big noggin up!!

The gang...
We tried out the Bumbo for the first time on Sunday afternoon and decided it was time to get another picture of all the kids together. Everyone looks pretty normal here except Maylie...not sure what exactly she is doing in either picture!!

2019 Infusion Concert
Abby had been putting in some long rehearsal hours in order to prepare for their school-wide infusion concert on Friday, February 22nd. Tickets went on sale in mid-January for this show and sold out in less than 48 hours!! The theme for this year was "The Greatest Show on Earth" and it was amazing!!
Abby had her own little skit along with her friends Savannah and Montana. They wrote the script for it and Abby even wrote a song along with the music for it!!
There was so much incredible talent on display that night and I was blown away by how well they all did. It was unbelievable that these are only middle-schoolers!!
Abby was so happy with all of her performances throughout the night. We got to see her act, sing and dance and we loved every second of it. At the end of the concert Landon declared "That was AWESOME!!" which is a pretty big compliment coming from your often bored younger brother!
Ava and Abby...
Now that she has her own cell phone, Abby was sure to snap lots of selfies with her friends!
Some friends from Elementary school even came to support her like Parker and her mom!

Abby has had such an amazing experience at this middle school so far and we have been so impressed with the many artistic abilities that these students demonstrate!

Snow Fun
When the kids came home from school the day after our big snowstorm, the temperatures were in the 50's so they wanted to get some sledding and snowboarding in before all the snow melted. The snow was a little icy, but perfect in our front yard for some sledding fun!

Abby tums 13!
We have a teenager!! After two tough pregnancy losses, Abby was our very special rainbow baby who made us parents for the first time 13 years ago today. We are amazed everyday by her talents and tender heart and couldn't be happier with the beautiful young woman she is becoming both inside and out.
Since we ended up getting about 7 inches of snow that day, school was cancelled for her birthday and we were able to open up presents that morning. She got a lot of nice cards and gifts...
But her most favorite gift was a new-to-her phone!! We were reluctant about getting her a cell phone but she has proved herself to be very responsible and with some good parental controls, some firm rules about its usage, and no social media we decided to make it happen for her first birthday as a teenager. She is the last of her friends to get a phone and she was thrilled to be joining in on all the fun!
Most of the restaurants were closed that night because of the snow. After trying several different locations, we finally ate at Golden Corral. It was pretty gross because the food had been sitting out for so long with so few customers so I am issuing a new decree that Golden Corral can no longer be a restaurant option for birthday dinner! I will be taking her out shopping and to lunch this next Saturday when the weather will hopefully cooperate a bit better for us!
Happy Birthday Abby!!

Turkey Hill Experience
On President's Day we took a little trip up north to the Turkey Hill Experience in Columbia, Pennsylvania. We had such a fun time learning all about how their ice cream is made and trying out some yummy samples.
Our favorite part of the day was going to the Turkey Hill Taste Lab where we got to create our very own pint of ice cream complete with flavor options and mix-ins. It was so yummy!! eat it too!
It was a great way to spend the day off from school and work and create some fun family memories together!
