Landon has had a great season playing for Federal Little League and we are so glad that we made the switch over from Maugansville. He has leaned a lot and has become a really good second baseman. He still has some work to do on his hitting (he is really small and doesn't have a lot of power behind the bat yet) but hopefully with some off-season practice he will be all ready to play again next season.
Landon's favorite color is blue so he really loved Alsatia's uniforms! His team had several nicknames for him this year including "Wild Thing" (because of his glasses from the movie Major League), "Last Call" and "White Rabbit."
They ended their season 17-3 and won the Federal League Championship! I tried to cut out all the newspaper clippings from their games throughout the season. It was fun when Landon's name was in the newspaper for some of the games!
It's hard to believe Landon only has one year left of playing Little League Baseball! He sure does love it!
