We finally made it back to Disney World after nearly 4 years since our last trip. This time we had Jason's parents along too which made it even more special!
Our trip started with a 3:30 a.m. wake up call on Monday, August 19th so that we could catch our 7 a.m. flight to Orlando. We checked our baggage through Disney so our bags were sent to our room while we got off the bus at Epcot to enjoy our first day there!
We got our first family picture right in from of Spaceship Earth...and Hudson was already taking a nap by this point!
We started off in the Aquarium/Finding Nemo areas and all the kids were enamored with the variety of sea life we encountered there. Plus it was a great way to cool off a bit and escape the Florida heat! We also did the "Turtle Talk with Crush" while we were there.
We walked around the World Showcase for a bit and grabbed a snack before visiting with Anna and Elsa in their summer home.
Abby found a great place to relax!
Soon after this we were able to meet up with Jason's parents whose flight got in later than ours. We went on our first ride together..."Frozen Ever After!"
We all loved it!
Landon had an issue with his park tickets so they gave all of us an extra Fastpass to use at Epcot that day so we ended up using it for "Soarin" which was a lot of fun! We also rode the "Gran Fiesta Tour starring the Three Caballeros" ride a couple of times while visiting Mexico since there was no line!
Then it was time for our dinner at Akershus Royal Banquet Hall in Norway. We got to eat a wonderful three course dinner and visited with the Princesses while we were there!
Of course Maylie changed into her Elsa gown for the occasion!
As you can tell from these pictures, Maylie was in heaven!!
Hudson was enamored with all the princesses and they sure loved him too!
Maylie loved participating in the Princess Parade throughout the restaurant!
After dinner we headed back to the front of the park to ride "Nemo and Friends" and then "Spaceship Earth" with Fast Passes before calling it a day! We headed back to our hotel at "All-Star Music" where we got all settled in for our fun week ahead!
