After our extended family all left on Saturday, we spent the rest of day putting up most of the Christmas decorations, but we waited until Sunday to do the tree.
Maylie was quite interested this year in being a part of the ornament hanging...
But we were sure to put the breakable ornaments up top, out of those sticky little fingers and their reach!
It was looking pretty festive by the end!

We have a two-story family room so we would love to eventually get a really tall tree (maybe 12 feet?) but for now, our little family tree looks pretty festive!!
