Because of my "advanced maternal age," I had a special ultrasound and blood work done at 13 weeks to determine if there were any chromosomal abnormalities. We got the results back last week and everything is looking perfect with the baby so far. Since they were checking the baby's chromosomes, we were also able to find out the baby's gender a bit early. The kids were so excited to find out so we put together some little cans of silly string for them to spray at each other in the color of our new baby...
The silly string came out BLUE...we are having a BOY!!
