Abby has been taking a Jazz dance class on Thursday nights since September and on Thursday, December 12th we got to watch her perform during parent visitation. This has been a bit of a stretch for her as she doesn't have much dance experience and wishes that she had more friends in the class.
I thought she did a really good job dancing, although she looked miserable during the whole class because she rarely smiled. I think it's good to have these things that don't necessarily come easily and that you have to really work at to get better and this is what dance is for Abby right now. She knows to be a true "triple threat" in theater she will need to become a better dancer and I am proud of her for working on this talent!
